REQUISITES
You
should have the drive and commitment to start and operate your
own restaurant business.
Approx. 2500 sq. feet space at a prime location with adequate
parking facilitiy.
Capital investments of approx. Rs.50 lakhs towards licence fee,
interiors, furniture & fixtures, equipments, pre operational
costs etc.
THE FRANCHISOR WILL :
Provide the concept, theme and the registered trade name MIRCH
MASALA.
Advise on project execution by giving the basic design and standard
specifications of the interiors.
Guide the kitchen set up by providing technical details of kitchen
design and other equipments.
Recruit & train required man power.
Provide key personnel.
Provide the required menu along with standardized recipes, masalas
and kitchen management procedures.
Monitor the operations for 1 year.
Co-ordinate events & festivals during monitoring period.
Install management and restaurant operating systems.
Provide continuous upgradations and assistance.
THE FRANCHISEE WILL :
Execute creation of restaurant as per set design and concept.
Procure all Govt. licences and legal formalities.
Handle restaurant operations and management.
SIGNING IN FEE & ROYALTY:
A
signing in amount of Rs.10,00,000/- is payable to the Franchisor
on signing of the agreement.
Royalty payable on net sales to the Franchisor on monthly sales.

- 7% for the second year
