Tomato's was conceptualised in January 1994 and opened its doors to the public on 10th July, 1994.

An American diner restaurant, Tomato's redefines the concept of   fine dining in Ahmedabad. Tomato's is a tribute to the carefree     days of the 50's and 60's. An era where rock and roll music     rubbed shoulders with space travel and the heroism of Martin   Luther King. The delight of Tomato's is in its detail - red vinyl diners, checkered   floors, chrome coat racks and the showpiece mocktail bar !! The rock   and roll memorabilia that adorns the walls are all authentic, right from the juke box,bubble gum machines,neon clocks and Cadillac licence plates.

The music is a mix of the old and new.The menu aims to educate as it pleases-not only do you have a healthy mix of authentic American fare but the choice of today's discerning patron.
